The Association operates a highly
sophisticated web-based multiple
listing service for its members.
It is the primary means by which
real property for sale in San Francisco
and the Northern Peninsula is marketed.
Limited access to the SFAR MLS is
available to the public to allow
the inventory of properties for
sale to be searched.
In searching the inventory of properties
for sale, after entering the public
access module of the SFAR MLS, you
can make your search specific by
designating the district(s) in which
you are interested.

The San Francisco Association of
REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service
(SFAR MLS) is both a means by which
authorized MLS broker participants
establish legal relationships with
other broker participants by making
a blanket unilateral contractual
offer of compensation and cooperation,
and a facility for the orderly correlation
and dissemination of listing information
among broker participants and agent
subscribers so that they may better
serve their clients, customers and
the public.
The SFAR MLS web-based computer
system contains detailed listings
of real property offered for sale
in San Francisco and surrounding
areas, along with an array of highly
sophisticated specialized programs
for use by broker participants and
agent subscribers.
