Our Association had a busy and productive month of May. Personally, I am excited for June as it is Pride Month (and also my birthday!) 
The National AIDS Memorial welcomes the community to volunteer at a special event that will mark the 35th anniversary of the AIDS Memorial Quilt with an historic outdoor display in Golden Gate Park. There are many shifts to fill that require a variety of talents. It's a great networking opportunity and something you could also invite your clients to participate in as either a volunteer or a guest at the event! They need attendants, golf cart drivers, monitors. I encourage you to CLICK HERE to learn more and register.
In other news: it’s election time! If you are registered to vote in San Francisco and if you have not already done so, PLEASE take time to vote in the June 7th Primary Election!

Refer to our complete San Francisco Association of Realtors® June 2022 Voter Guide and share it with your clients, colleagues and friends. Voter turnout has been lower than expected for this election so far, so let’s get out and make our Realtor® voices heard!
I am also proud to share that we implemented an important change to the SFARMLS this month in conjunction with our efforts around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: the term “master” has been replaced with “primary”. Below is an example of what this now looks like in the MLS:
Fields with the term "Master" have been replaced with the term "Primary".
Additionally, we are working closely with Rapattoni on a major overhaul of the SFARMLS user interface. Watch for a rollout this fall of an updated look which will allow you to do business faster and with less clicking. I am thrilled for what’s ahead!
In the meantime, I encourage you to register for the terrific classes our team hosts and watch recordings of past tutorials to help you get the most out of the MLS. Here are some ways to make sure you know the full offering:
